Yes, we ship across the U.S. and worldwide — except to the Philippines. International shipping rates vary but are usually affordable.

Is shipping free in the U.S.?

Yes! Free shipping to all U.S. customers for orders over $75. Faster shipping options are available at checkout for an extra cost.

How do I track my order?

You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also track it anytime on our Track My Order page.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us right away. We’ll make it right. Details are in our Return Policy.

Can I fix a wrong shipping address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP. Once it’s in transit, a $10 change fee applies. Delivered or returned packages may have extra charges.

Your payment is processed at checkout. Orders using someone else’s card will be canceled — even with permission.

What if I paid with PayPal?

Orders ship after payment clears. Make sure your PayPal shipping address is accurate — we’ll ship to that one.

Check your items right away. If there’s a problem, let us know within 5 days. After that, we consider the order accepted.
